The god of war figures in the worlds of both Hercules and Xena, wanting to kill his half-brother in one and wanting to make Xena his queen in the other. Time and again he will tempt the warrior princess in the hope that she will agree to return to her evil ways, run his army of domination, and become his queen. He has tried everything from arranging to have her driven mad to offering to rescue her from prison and shower her with the wealth of the world. Although he has adopted other proteges, it would certainly appears that Xena has the corner on his immortal heart.
